If you’re using the mobile app to join you’ll find a little icon in the upper left corner showing a rectangle with an arrow. Click on that to “switch event”, then click “YES”. The current event will be at the top of the list.

To register for the event you need to get a ticket by clicking the “Rehita” button or link in the email you received or on a post in Facebook, Kahu Pūtoi or Instagram.

First, check you’re using the same email you registered with. This is the most common issue with logging in.

Search for “Whatu” in your usual app store (AppStore for iOS or Google Play for Android devices). You’ll see some small writing in blue that says “Search for Whatu instead?”. Click on that and Whatu should come up on the list.

Download as you normally would for any other app.
